Clients turn to Priyanka Patel for private equity and general corporate advice. She joined Mayer Brown in 2022 as a trainee and spent six months on secondment at the London Stock Exchange Group. Priyanka advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on M&A and provides support throughout the lifecycle of an investment from buy-out to exit. Priyanka is also a member of the firm’s India Practice Group and co-chair of the NextGen Committee in London.
