Adi S. Nair

Adi S. Nair advises clients in various complex commercial and corporate matters, including outsourcing arrangements, domestic mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financings and reorganizations, and other general corporate matters. He represents clients in a range of industries, including health tech, real estate, insurance, entertainment, finance, and automobiles.

Adi also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing multiple social enterprises in contract negotiations, as well as children applying for asylum.
