Richard Murdoch is a Scottish qualified senior associate in Mayer Brown’s Corporate & Securities practice in London. He advises private equity sponsors, institutional investors and management teams on buyouts, growth and minority investments, GP stakes and secondary transactions, as well as portfolio company matters.
Richard’s experience covers a range of sectors including financial services, technology and infrastructure focused assets. He is recognised for his clear, commercial advice and his ability to guide clients through all stages of the investment lifecycle.
