Adhitya Mahesh

Adhitya “Deets” Mahesh is a transactional fellow in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office as part of the Banking & Finance practice. His practice centers on fund finance and representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds.

Deets received his JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as a staff member and an editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. He earned his BA in International Relations from Michigan State University.
