Lily Johnson is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice in New York. Lily’s experience includes a range of corporate and securities matters, with particular focus on M&A and venture capital transactions, both in the US and internationally. Lily also assists the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy, Technology & IP Transactions practice advising US and multinational companies on global privacy and data security issues. She is involved in an array of pro bono work and has a keen interest in environmental and social governance practice matters.
