Natalie S. Holman is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. She helps clients navigate high-stakes commercial litigation, white collar matters, class actions, and antitrust disputes, guiding them through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
Natalie’s antitrust work focuses on complex matters involving alleged price-fixing, output restrictions, and information exchanges between competitors. She also represents national and multinational companies on regulatory and compliance issues in matters involving state and federal government enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Her experience spans a broad range of industries where litigation and regulatory risk intersect, including technology, healthcare, energy, chemicals, higher education, insurance, aviation, and food and beverage.
