Chris Horn advises clients on matters related to structured finance with an emphasis on asset-backed securities offerings in the public and private markets. Issuers, borrowers, and commercial and investment banks seek representation from Chris in a variety of public and private asset-backed securities offerings, commercial paper conduit facilities and other forms of financing involving a wide variety of assets, including auto leases, auto loans, equipment leases and trade receivables. Trustees also look to Chris for counsel in connection with RMBS litigation and regulatory matters.

Chris advises on the regulatory aspects of securitization and structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on the evolving impact of the Dodd-Frank Act. He also writes comment letters on behalf of clients and industry trade groups relating to the proposed rules under the Dodd-Frank Act and Regulation AB.
