His experience includes project debt financing transactions, tax-equity investments, tax credits transfers, infrastructure investments, acquisitions, commercial secured and unsecured term loans and revolving credit facilities, future flow securitizations and warehouse facilities.

Expérience

Represented:

  • The coordinating lead arrangers, lenders, issuing banks and agents in a US$~1.1 billion green loan facility to finance the construction of 3 utility-scale solar energy projects located in Tennessee, Ohio and Indiana, respectively.
  • The purchaser in two acquisitions of US$~21 million investment tax credits generated by landfill renewable natural gas facilities located in North Carolina and Michigan with a combined capacity of 15,000 standard cubic feet per minute.
  • The purchasers in the acquisitions of US$~133 million investment tax credits generated by an approximately 216 MW AC wind-powered electric generating facility located in Arizona and an approximately 50 MW AC photovoltaic solar energy and 25 MW AC battery energy storage system located in California.
