Keane J. Garcelon

Keane Garcelon is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Employment & Benefits practice. He counsels clients on a wide range of issues around employee benefits, including the administration and amendment of tax-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation arrangements, and health and welfare plans and policies. Keane's practice includes representing employers and benefit plans in compliance matters that arise under such plans, including utilizing IRS and DOL programs to correct operational errors, and responding to participant claims and appeals.
