Emily E. England

Emily E. England is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Employment & Benefits practice.

Emily advises US and global organizations across industries on US immigration and nationality law, regulation, policy, and compliance.  She assists clients with preparation of nonimmigrant visa petitions, employment-based permanent residency, and labor certification applications.  She also represents individual clients on family-based permanent residence applications, provides immigration-related guidance to clients undergoing M&A and corporate reorganizations, and counsels on immigration program management.

Emily earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, her MS from University College London and her BA from The University of Chicago. Emily is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
