Andrew Elkhoury is an active member of the Houston office Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Andrew has an active practice in both commercial litigation and bankruptcy, and regularly represents global corporations in the oil, energy, construction, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, insurance and real estate sectors, among others.

Andrew litigates commercial cases in federal and state courts, and also offers significant experience with international arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings. He has helped obtain successful awards, verdicts, and judgments, and has facilitated the successful resolution of countless other cases through settlements. Andrew also actively litigates in bankruptcy courts, and has represented clients in numerous bankruptcies, adversary proceedings, evidentiary proceedings, and contested matters. These representations include of lenders, creditors, and other parties in business restructurings in the energy, construction, insurance, and financial services industries.

Andrew also advises on commercial construction transactions, oil, gas and other mineral leasing and mining law claims, and related transactional efforts.
