Fatima Carrillo

Fatima Carrillo is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Capital Markets practice. Fatima advises issuers, investment banks and selling shareholders in securities offerings, including public and private equity and debt offerings and liability management transactions. She also advises domestic and foreign private issuers in connection with ongoing securities law compliance requirements, SEC public reporting obligations, listing standards of the major US stock exchanges and other governance matters.
