Livia Crepaldi Wolf is a lawyer in the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice in Mayer Brown’s Frankfurt office. Livia advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including preparing for and reacting to cyber-attacks, assessing and making required data breach notifications, analyzing data protection implications of new products and tools and providing strategic advice with a focus on cross-border data processing.
Livia is a Member of the Frankfurt Bar Association and a registered lawyer in Portugal and Brazil. Before joining Mayer Brown, Livia gained over five years of experience in Dispute Resolution in Brazil and Germany, representing international clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving complex commercial and intellectual property matters. Livia also has experience assisting clients in the review of various types of commercial contracts, as well as in due diligence projects.
Moreover she is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
