Madeleine Collins Chenoweth

Madeleine Collins Chenoweth, senior associate, has particular experience in defending claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants, tax practitioners and insolvency practitioners from the pre-action stage through to trial. She was extensively involved in the One Blackfriars matter which culminated in a six week virtual trial in the summer of 2020. She also has important experience in dealing with information requests made by regulatory bodies and pursuant to statute.

Madeleine’s nine-month secondment to the legal team at a London-based large professional services and accountancy firm has further contributed to her knowledge and understanding of the various risks faced by professionals in practice, in particular regulatory and professional liability issues.
