James N. Brennan

James Brennan is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office. His practice centers on fund finance and representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds.

James graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
