Ross Butler is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice advising institutions, funds, issuers, borrowers and other entities in domestic and cross-border securitizations and other structured finance transactions.

Corporate clients rely on Ross to provide creative solutions in connection with private and public transactions involving a variety of asset types, including residential mortgage loans, home equity products and other real property-related assets, consumer debt products and commercial debt products.

In addition, Ross regularly represents clients in establishing warehousing facilities, structured lending transactions and repurchase facilities as well as in the structuring and negotiating of related acquisition and sale arrangements.
