Tony is a partner in Mayer Brown's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and is widely recognized as a leading lawyer in complex technology, privacy, consumer protection, artificial intelligence, and product liability litigation. He represents many of the world's most prominent technology companies in high-stakes class actions, government investigations, and other significant disputes involving emerging technologies and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Over the past year, Tony has secured significant victories in several closely watched technology and privacy matters. He led the Mayer Brown team that achieved a complete victory for TikTok in a privacy class action alleging improper data collection through its in-app browser and secured a major class certification win for Google in one of the longest-running privacy class actions in the technology sector. He also represents leading technology companies in high-profile litigation involving artificial intelligence, online platforms and consumer privacy.

In addition to his client work, Tony is committed to mentoring junior lawyers and has served as a volunteer temporary judge in San Mateo County Superior Court since 2016, presiding over hundreds of cases as a pro bono service to the court and the community.
