Mayer Brown launches FundFinance.com, a dedicated resource center for the global fund finance market
Mayer Brown announced the launch of FundFinance.com, a comprehensive online resource center dedicated to the fund finance market. The platform aggregates legal updates, structural analysis, market data, and educational content for lenders, sponsors, investors, and counsel active in subscription credit facilities, NAV lending, hybrid structures, GP financing, and related products.
The launch was marked by two industry events held the same day in New York: an ABCs of Fund Finance educational session for newer market participants, and a Fund Finance Market Update covering current pricing, structural trends, and emerging credit considerations.
FundFinance.com is built around a simple premise: the fund finance market has grown into one of the most consequential corners of private capital, but the educational and analytical infrastructure available to practitioners has not kept pace. The platform addresses that gap with substantive written analysis, practitioner interviews, structural explainers, and a developing library of market intelligence — all produced or curated by Mayer Brown's global Fund Finance team and its network of senior market participants.
"Fund finance has moved from a niche lending product into a core portfolio management tool for the world's largest sponsors and a meaningful balance sheet allocation for the world's largest lenders," said Kiel Bowen, co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Lending practice. "The practitioners driving that growth needed a resource that meets the market where it actually is — sophisticated, cross-border fast-moving, and increasingly interdisciplinary. FundFinance.com is built for that audience."
