Mayer Brown expands London Real Estate and Private Equity offer with appointments of Mark Rajbenbach and Victoria Butcher

London – Mayer Brown announced today that leading real estate lawyers Mark Rajbenbach and Victoria Butcher will join the firm as partners in the firm’s London office.

Mark Rajbenbach advises on all aspects of real estate investment transactions, with particular expertise in corporate and structured real estate matters, joint ventures and portfolio transactions, for global clients across the US, Europe and Asia. Mark is recognised as a leading practitioner in both the real estate and hotels and leisure sectors.

Victoria Butcher advises on all aspects of real estate investment transactions, including structured acquisitions and disposals and financing transactions, frequently acting on complex cross border mandates for clients across Europe, the US and Asia. She has significant expertise in the hotels and leisure and operational real estate sectors.
