Mayer Brown received top rankings in Asset-Backed Alert’s 2025 league tables, which represent the top-performing legal advisors based on the volume of asset-backed securities (ABS) and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) offerings completed during 2025.  The firm advised issuers on 146 deals with a total issuance value of approximately $111 billion dollars in 2025.
