Mayer Brown earns dual honors at the 2025 IJGlobal Investor Americas Awards
Mayer Brown and Tauil & Chequer (T&C) in association with Mayer Brown served as counsel on two transactions recognized at the 2025 IJGlobal Americas Awards ceremony, earning Joint Venture Deal of the Year and Restructure of the Year distinctions.
The winning transactions are:
