Mayer Brown advises Itaú BBA in credit facility for The Elite Flower Group

Mayer Brown represented Itaú BBA USA Securities, Inc., as sole lead arranger and bookrunner in connection with a credit facility to The Elite Flower Group in an aggregate amount equal to $430 million. The transaction involved several co-borrowers across six jurisdictions.

The team was led by Banking & Finance partner Juan Pablo Moreno and included Banking & Finance associates Luis Schrader and Anna Yin, and foreign associate María Parga, as well as Banking & Finance partner Ashley McDermott and associates Laura Taylor and James England, and Tax partner Lucas Giardelli and associate Juan Lopez Valek. The team was based in the firm’s New York, Dubai, and London offices.
