Vault and Chambers recognize Mayer Brown among best for associate satisfaction

CHICAGO – Mayer Brown announced today a series of key recognitions that have placed the firm and its associate programs among the top performers in the legal industry. 

Vault recognized Mayer Brown at number 8 on its list of the Best Law Firms to Work For and number 10 for the firms with the Best Summer Associate Program. The publication also named the Firm among the top ten across six Quality-of-Life categories, including the Training, Mentoring, and Wellness categories. 

Vault’s rankings are based on an annual survey of associates at more than 200 firms, in which lawyers are asked to assess their own firms on a range of employee experience topics, such as career development, job satisfaction, and quality of life.

Complementing these achievements, Mayer Brown has also received an “Elite” rating for the Quality of Life category in the 2025 Chambers Associate Survey, one of the legal industry's leading assessments of associate experience and engagement.
