Tauil & Chequer Advogados acted as deal counsel in the issuance of BRL 166.1 million in real estate fund units

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the public offering of primary distribution of units for the 3rd issuance of Suno Energias Limpas Real Estate Investment Fund IS, in the amount of BRL 166.1 million.

Following the closing of the Public Offering, the firm assisted Suno Asset in the use of the proceeds for the acquisition of the target assets, concentrated in the infrastructure sector (five ready-built solar power plants).

The transaction was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira and included the participation of associates João Bertanha, Camila Torelli e Sarah Dardenne, all from the Capital Markets practice.
