Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises BGR Asset Management on the acquisition of part of the B32 Building and Theater, worth BRL 340 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised BGR Asset Management on the acquisition of a 13.6% stake in the Birmann 32 Complex, comprising the B32 Building and Theater, the iconic "whale building" located on Avenida Faria Lima in São Paulo, for BRL 340 million.

The lawyers assisted in the establishment of the BGR B32 Real Estate Investment Fund, managed by BGR Asset Management, as well as the financial structuring of the acquisition. On the real estate and transactional front, they conducted the legal due diligence of the real estate asset and drafted the legal instruments for the acquisition.
