Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Itaú BBA on EDP SP-MG debenture issuance worth R$525 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Itaú BBA bank on the structuring and coordination of financing through the issuance of incentivized debentures by EDP Transmissão SP-MG, in the amount of R$525 million.

The purpose of the operation was to enable a power transmission project involving transmission lines located in the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, comprising circuits 1 and 2 of the Estreito - Cachoeira Paulista Transmission Line, with an approximate length of 375km.
