Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises XP Investimentos on 1st issuance of Capitânia Agro Crédito Fiagro-Imobiliário
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised XP Investimentos as lead coordinators in the public offering of primary distribution of shares of Capitânia Agro Crédito Fiagro-Imobiliário’s 1st issuance, under the terms of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) Resolution 160. The offering was settled for approximately R$ 263 million.
The issuance marks the funds’ entry in the capital markets, with another investment option focused on agribusiness in Capitânia Capital's portfolio.
The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira, and included the participation of associates João Bertanha and Anna Carolina Rico, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
