Tauil & Chequer Advogados acts as deal counsel in the public offering of shares of the Ecoagro Fiagro Imobiliário fund, for approximately R$ 77.1 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the public offering of shares for primary distribution of the 4th issuance of Ecoagro Fiagro Imobiliário (an investment fund in agro-industrial productive chains), pursuant to Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution 160. The offering was settled in the amount of approximately R$ 77.1 million.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira and included the participation of associate Artur Nascimento, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
