Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Albioma's first issuance of commercial notes

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised, as deal counsel, Banco Santander and Albioma Solar, a company from French group Albioma, on the company's first issuance of commercial notes, which totaled R$ 130 million (US$ 25.2 million). The net proceeds from the transaction were applied in the acquisition of certain special-purpose companies which own solar Distributed Generation projects.

The team was led by Banking & Finance partner Luis Montes, and included associates Thatiana Siqueira and Camila Spinola.
