Join us on August 03-04, 2026 for the ERISA 2026: The Evolving World program in New York, NY. This two day program has become a must for ERISA/benefits attorneys as well as other practitioners tasked with keeping current on ever-changing benefit law developments for several decades. Erin Cho will give opening remarks for the session, as well as moderating the panel "Evolving Trends in Asset Management in 2026." This panel will address evolving trends in investment products and the latest regulations and exemptions affecting the asset management industry. 

Richard Nowak will speak on the panel "ERISA Litigation 2026 Update." This panel will cover the latest developments and key issues in ERISA retirement plan class action litigation.
