Supreme Court Review speakers:

Nicole Saharsky
Nicole argues cases, briefs cases on the merits, and files certiorari-stage briefs and motions in the US Supreme Court on a broad range of business issues. Co-head of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice, she frequently provides commentary on the Court for C-SPAN, Law360, Reuters, and other national media outlets. Full bio here.

Michael Scodro
Michael argues before the US Supreme Court and often writes and speaks on issues surrounding appellate advocacy and the Court. A former law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, he previously served as Illinois Solicitor General, representing the State in the Supreme Court and coordinating with other state attorneys general's offices in preparing and filing multi-state amicus briefs in the Court. Full bio here.

Achieving Diversity Goals in the Face of Challenges speaker:

Dr. Arin Reeves
Arin is a best-selling author, a researcher, the founder of a nonprofit focused on justice and inclusion, and the founder and managing director of the research and advisory firm Nextions, which specializes in workplace culture change. She began her career as a practicing attorney and has a doctorate in sociology.

Technology and the Law: Emerging Issues speakers:

Dominique Shelton Leipzig
Dominique helps companies navigate the evolving legal compliance issues related to digital data and future-proof their investments in technology. She leads the firm’s Global Data Innovation Team, which advises CEOs and board members on their fiduciary duty of oversight as it relates to emerging technologies, including generative AI. Full bio here.

Rajesh De
Raj advises on legal and policy issues at the nexus of technology, national security, law enforcement and privacy and leads the firm's global Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice. Among other senior government roles, he served as General Counsel at the US National Security Agency, advising on a range of issues, including technology. Full bio here.
