Internal Investigations 2009: How to Protect Your Clients or Company

The number of and reasons for internal investigations continues to rise, and given the current market environment, this trend wiall no doubt continue. In order to best serve your clients or company and limit exposure, you need to know when and how to conduct effective and legal internal investigations.
Sheila Finnegan, partner in Mayer Brown's Chicago office, will co-chair the event and moderate the sessions "Conducting the Investigation" and "Ethical Traps in Internal Investigations." In addition, Z. Scott, partner in the Chicago office, will serve as the moderator for the session "Dealing with Regulators."
