They're Back (Maybe)! The Expected Return of CLOs in 2010

With government liquidity programs facing expiration, the question remains, what structures will continue to aid in our economic recovery? CLOs may be the solution. CLOs can be used to "package" portfolios of corporate loans and similar credit exposures into highly-rated CLO securities. This will allow banks partial protection on their ongoing problematic credit portfolios, shrink their balance sheets and still allow for much needed lending activity.

Please join Elana Hahn and William Jacobsen for our next 30-minute teleconference where they will provide details on the expected return of CLOs, potential modifications to CLO structures and recent examples of CLOs being put to use.
