Justice Department Warns Banks and Other Financial Institutions of New, Aggressive Enforcement Programs

In a recent speech Lanny A. Breuer, Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal Division at the US Department of Justice, highlighted two new enforcement initiatives in the Division’s Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section that are likely to have a significant impact on banks and other financial institutions.
