Fall Renewable Energy Forum — New York

The emergence of shale gas, declining confidence in coal and the elimination of renewable energy incentives demonstrate the constantly evolving nature of the energy industry. These changes will impact the types of projects being developed and the structure of their finance.

Join Mayer Brown and SAIC Energy, Environment & Infrastructure LLC for a panel discussion on key issues facing the renewable and power markets. Among the topics to be explored are: the impacts of natural gas and shale gas on power prices, the current issues with adding significant amounts of capacity to the transmission grid and the role of distributed renewable generation in smart grid systems, and structuring projects and tax issues in renewable energy projects.
