Northwestern Law is proud to celebrate the 50th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute. This year's program will look at important developments that have been themes throughout the past five decades in the areas of securities law, employment law, and enforcement. It will also address new, relevant concerns for today's in-house counsel including:
- Social media
- Corporate political activities
- Updates in the current capital markets
Sessions will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5, and conclude at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 6. That evening, in celebration of the Institute's 50th year, Northwestern will host a special dinner for the Chicago corporate counsel community honoring the Institute and its founder, David S. Ruder. Mayer Brown is a proud sponsor of this dinner.
