Gabriela Kennedy and Menachem Hasofer participated as faculty in The Sedona Conference (TSC)’s annual International Programme (the “Programme”) on Cross-Border Discovery & Data Protection Laws at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, on 8 and 9 June 2015. Gabriela moderated two panels on the first day of the Programme, namely “Cross-Border Data Transfer & Data Protection Laws: Key Issues & Concerns for Data Protection Authorities in the Asia Pacific Region” and “A Dialogue on Cross-Border Information Transfers in Government & Internal Investigations”.
