Overview

Zayn Khan is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of the London office. He advises private equity (both sponsors and management) and corporates on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganisations. He acts for clients across a number of sectors, including TMT, consumer/leisure/retail, financial services, and real estate.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2018, Zayn practised in the London office of a Magic Circle law firm.
