Overview

Erica Arcudi is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of the London office. 

She represents both lenders and borrowers on cross-border secured and unsecured debt finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, financings for sovereigns and state-owned enterprises, as well as export credit agency backed transactions. She has a particular interest in emerging markets, particularly export, multilateral and syndicated financings in the commodity, energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Erica is a member of the 6th working group for Future of Export Finance (“FEX”). FEX aims to provide a platform for younger professionals in export finance to network, to enhance stakeholders’ knowledge of export finance and to promote export finance as a career option.

Erica joined Mayer Brown in 2019 as a trainee.
