Mayer Brown partner Charles E. Harris, II, FCIArb, selected to CPR Panels of Distinguished Neutrals

Mayer Brown announced that Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner Charles E. Harris, II (Chicago) has been selected to the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR)’s Panels of Distinguished Neutrals. He will serve as an arbitrator to four panels: cyber, insurance-policyholder coverage, pro bono and the Chicago ADR.

Mr. Harris, a member of the firm’s International Arbitration group, focuses on complex commercial disputes and has represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations before many arbitral institutions, including the AAA, ICDR, ICC, and International Film and Television Alliance. He has also served as sole arbitrator and a panelist (including the chair) in dozens of arbitrations ranging from disputes over complex software integrations to large-scale investment projects. Mr. Harris is recognized as a thought leader in international arbitration and recently started a podcast, International Arbitration “Across the Pond.”

The CPR's Panel of Distinguished Neutrals includes prominent attorneys, retired state and federal judges, and academics, as well as highly skilled business executives, legal experts and dispute resolution professionals who are particularly qualified to resolve all business disputes, including those involving multinational corporations or issues of public sensitivity.
