Mayer Brown represented TransCanada Corporation in its agreement to sell Coolidge Generating Station to SWG Coolidge Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Southwest Generation Operating Company, LLC, for approximately US$465 million. The transaction is subject to closing adjustments and conditions, including customary regulatory approvals.
