The Ministry of Transparency, Inspection and Comptroller General of the Federal Government- CGU enacted its Ordinance No. 1.381 / 2017, amending the Ordinance No. 910 of April 7, 2015, which regulates the Administrative Proceeding of the Anti-Corruption Law (PAR) at the Federal level of the Executive Branch. The ordinance was published in the Official Gazette on July 4, 2017.

The changes implemented by the new ordinance include: the delegation of the incumbency to initiate the proceeding to the Federal Inspector General; the prior notification of legal entities of the scope of the investigation; and the possibility of specifying evidence to be produced in the proceeding, among others.
