Hong Kong's Labour Department has commenced a public consultation on the draft Code of Practice (Code) for Employment Agencies. The Code sets professional standards for the employment agency industry and provides guidelines to promote compliance with current legislation, namely the Employment Ordinance (Cap 57) and the Employment Agency Regulations (Cap 57A).

The consultation period ends on 17 June 2016.
