30 January 2007 - Jeffrey L. Oldham, an Associate in the Houston Office, will represent appellant Gregory Koger in Koger v. Bryan, Docket No. 05-1904, appealing a grant of summary judgment. Mr. Koger, who had been an inmate at Pontiac Correctional Center, claims that the chaplain and other prison officials violated his right to religious freedom by refusing to change his recorded religious affiliation without documentation and by not providing a vegetarian diet.
