Nick’s review of recent cases looks at a case where a male employee claimed that a female manager had harassed him by giving him an unwanted shoulder massage. Secondly, we have a case which decides whether vegetarianism is a protected belief for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010. Finally we consider a case about how a Tribunal should decide what is to happen to a claim, where a party has failed to lodge a Defence in time.
