In our review of recent cases Nick looks at a case which considered the test for a fair dismissal for an SOSR dismissal. Secondly, we have an illustrative case showing how a tribunal might still determine that discrimination has occurred, in the absence of a smoking gun, and finally we have a case on the ACAS mandatory conciliation period and its effect on timelimits.
