The selection of a given arbitrator is one of the most critical decisions in a case. Panelists from diverse backgrounds will share their insights and will seek to demystify the arbitral selection process. In so doing, the panel will explore factors that users of arbitration and practitioners should take into account when selecting an arbitrator, as well as tools available to obtain critical information regarding potential candidates. The ICC will also provide an update on recent developments at the ICC Court.
