Please join the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the United States Council for International Business (USCIB/ICC USA) for an informative lunch program hosted by Mayer Brown. The selection of a given arbitrator is one of the most critical decisions in a case. Panelists from diverse backgrounds will share their insights and will seek to demystify the arbitral selection process. In so doing, the panel will explore factors that users of arbitration and practitioners should take into account when selecting an arbitrator, as well as tools available to obtain critical information regarding potential candidates.
