Many presentations have been given over the years by global law firms to US and multinational companies about the legal issues pertaining to venturing in Saudi Arabia or with Saudi partners, but very few have effectively focused on these issues from a Saudi perspective. Our panel seeks to explore the legal challenges and opportunities for Saudi partners, from a Saudi viewpoint, when entering ventures with US and multinational companies.
