Nathalie Jalabert-Doury gave a two day seminar on 17 and 18 October in Tahiti, French Polynesia, on practical guidance to navigate the new antitrust rules and procedures applying in this jurisdiction, which are largely inspired from the French antitrust regime.
The seminar was organized by the CCISM (the Polynesian Commerce and Industry Chamber).
