Amita Haylock was moderating a diverse panel on ‘Cross-Border Enforcement of Arbitral Awards in IP and Tech Disputes’ at a conference co-hosted by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Centre and KCAB International in Seoul, Korea on 28 October 2019. Amita and leading arbitration and IP specialists explored the use of arbitration as a method to resolve cross-border disputes involving intellectual property and technology from the perspective of multiple jurisdictions in Asia.
